The problem
WhatsApp spreads the news. It can't run the Sangam.
RSVPs for the Vanabhojanam arrive as 140 replies.
Someone scrolls through them on the night before and counts by hand.
The member register lives at the secretary's house.
When the committee changes, the register changes hands, or doesn't.
A meeting notice passes through six groups.
By the fourth forward, the venue is wrong, and nobody can tell which copy is right.
For members
A week with your Sangam
Everything arrives with your Sangam's name on it. If you belong to more than one, Today shows all of them together, each item labelled with who sent it.

For office-bearers
Run the Sangam from one place. Hand it over cleanly.
Presidents and secretaries change every few years. With Vysya Setu the members, notices, and events stay with the Sangam, not on one person's phone.
- Membership you can stand behind
- Share one invitation link. Each person who opens it waits for your confirmation, so the member list holds only people you approved.
- Notices in four kinds
- General, condolence, celebration, and opportunity. Members can also send a life-event notice for you to review before it goes out.
- Reminders without the chasing
- Vysya Setu reminds members who have not opened an important notice, without telling you who they are.
- Events from invitation to gate
- RSVPs with guest counts, reminders, and check-in at the entrance. Volunteers you choose can scan cards for that event only.
- Who's who, kept current
- Offices and terms are on record. When the committee changes, the new office-bearers take over the same records.
- A verified badge
- We check that your Sangam is real and that you represent it. Members see the badge on every notice and card.

Keep your WhatsApp groups.
Vysya Setu doesn't replace them. Share any notice as a poster or a link, the way you share news today. The text on the poster is the text in the official notice, and the link opens it, so a forwarded copy can always be checked.
